The expansion of Nexa consulting practice is a result of a 5 year preparation and thorough analysis and study of  best practices in management worldwide. Furthermore, It is animated by a strong desire to help our clients transform, scale up and compete globally by benefiting from innovatives management advices and practices  from our team.

 

Since 1998, Pascale Bouchard has helped over 700 organisations acquire and select key talents for the information technology, aerospace and financial services sectors.  She founded Nexa after a successful decade in management in the telecommunications industry. As a General Manager she successfully implemented corporate strategies with the leadership of sales, engineering and technical support teams in high growth markets. Since 2009 she has created and implemented innovative services such as NexaReach, a technological platform for talent searches and psychometric tools to help organisations accelerate their growth. She has implemented a leadership program to help leaders advance their career and propel their performance with their social network thanks to her expertise in  sociometric methodologies.

 

She is a board member of the SAJE and Montreal School of entrepreneurs since 2013.   She acted as well as a founding member of the board of the AFFQ – Association of Quebec Women in Finance.  She holds a Bachelor degre in Public relations from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and she has completed her scolarship as a DBA student in business administration from Sherbrooke University. She has completed an International PhD at Seville University in Spain.  She hold certification in sociometry from the University of Kentucky and the University Autonoma of Barcelone. She is assistant professor in management at Sherbrooke University. She is active member and speaker of the Quebec Human resources professional order as a CRHA.

Pascale has been invited as a guest speaker in various forums here and abroad on career management and  organisationnal performance . She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
